This policy explains what information ONYRverse Digital Designs (“ONYRverse”, “we”) collects through onyrverse.com and how we use it.

Information you give us

When you submit the Design Brief intake form or contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address, project details, and any contractor contact details you choose to share. We use it only to respond to you, prepare a pre-design concept package, and manage your project.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether the phone number or form was used. With a form submission we also record the page you submitted from, the referring page, and any campaign tags in the link. We store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to block repeated spam submissions.

Spam protection

Our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a real person is submitting. Cloudflare processes limited technical information to do this under its own privacy policy.

Embedded videos

Our YouTube videos do not load until you press play. Once you do, the video is served from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain and YouTube’s privacy policy applies.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share project details only with the people needed to deliver your project, such as licensed engineers or other professionals we coordinate with on your behalf, and with service providers that host this website and deliver our email, each bound to use it only for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business and legal record-keeping obligations.
