stands as a beacon of innovation and education for young minds. We
are dedicated to dismantling the digital divide and unlocking the
limitless potential of creativity through our comprehensive programs
in basic computer skills, graphic design, digital engineering, and
beyond.
501(C)3 Exemption Letter
We’re pleased to tell you we determined you’re exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to you under IRC Section 170. You’re also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. This letter could help resolve questions on your exempt status.

The ONYR Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a mission to make a lasting impact on the lives of children in need through the power of education. Focused on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields, the foundation is dedicated to providing underprivileged children access to quality education that will equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in the modern world. By fostering a love for STEM subjects, the ONYR Foundation aims to empower these children, opening doors to future opportunities and breaking the cycle of poverty. Through various educational programs, initiatives, and partnerships, the foundation strives to create a brighter and more equitable future by nurturing the potential of every child, regardless of their socio-economic background.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to equip every participant who completes the curriculum with a laptop for continuous empowerment. We would also provide continuous education for participants to enhance their skills in real time applications.
GOALS FOR 2024
- Establish facility at the Dreamcentersetx.org for 2024
- Establish shuttle transportation
- Collect enough donations for 2025 Tenure

Our digital design skills finds us being leaders offering our unique skillset in the Business Marketing space. Logo, Brands, Products, Merchandise, Commercials, Websites, Ads, Promotions, and Events. ONYRverse Digital Designs unique skillset brings enhancements and impact to all of today’s space and opportunities!
OUR VISION
We see THE ONYR Foundation in the next couple years to do research and development projects that will benefit the community, but lead by the kids of the community. Our future leaders will be capable of impact at earlier ages than ever before!
OUR NEEDS
We are also accepting monetary contributions. Every dollar donated will go to classroom expenses and shuttle transportation!
